I’m a student who’s anxious to graduate and begin working as an elementary teacher. I’m easy-going and relaxed most of the time, although there are times when my stress gets the best of me. While I am friendly, I tend to hold grudges towards people who’ve hurt me and take my time to strike back. I like to read, especially books with adventure or mystery as its central theme. Friends and family are the most important things to me. I don’t care about a person’s: social class, religion, sexual orientation, etc. what I care about is their personality. If you’re a good person, then good, we can get along, if not, then no thank you, I’m not interested in being your friend.
My writing tends to be negative (so I apologize in advance if it bothers you). I can’t give you an explanation as to why, because I don’t know the answer myself.
I don't really care about politics so you won't be hearing any of that from me. I love Puerto Rico, don't get me wrong, but I don't think there's much of a future here. Crimes keep increasing in rate and you can't trust the police (generally speaking, no offense to those who are related to any of them), there are no jobs and there are no signs of improvement. The sad part is that this island could be so much more, it has so much untapped/wasted potential, that it's frustrating.
Moving on from that, I'm looking forward to this semester (mostly because after this I start my practice, woo!). The professors are great (and no, I'm not saying that because one of them is reading this) and the courses are pretty good. Anyway, I hope you guys have a great semester too and thank you for reading!
